WTX Ranch : Hunting Information

Hunt Price Information
All hunts are fully guided with a historical success rate of over 90%. Hunts are for three days, include meals and lodging in the WTX Ranch Lodge for two nights for the hunter. An up-front deposit and trophy fees apply as follows:

	Management Bucks Mature whitetail buck scoring up to 140 gross B&C. Deposit to Book $2,000 Balance of Deposit due on Arrival $1,000 No additional Trophy Fee(s)
	Top-Tier Mature Bucks Mature whitetail buck scoring 140-150 gross B&C Deposit to Book $2,000 Balance of Desposit due on Arrival $1,000 Trophy Fees 140 - 145 B&C $500 145 - 150 B&C $1,000
	Cull/Meat Bucks If a hunter books a hunt per above and kills a Top-Tier Mature buck or management buck, the hunter (subject to game availability) may also kill a cull buck of the guides choice, for a nominal additional charge.
Father/Son/Daughter Packages If a parent books a management hunt per above, WTX Ranch will include a guided cull/meat buck (guide’s choice, subject to availability) for a child under the age of 16 for only $750.00.
	Trophy Bucks Mature whitetail buck scoring 150 and over gross B&C up to 165 gross B&C. Subject to trophy buck availability, unique bucks may be priced based upon the specified animal. Deposit to Book $3,000 Balance of Deposit Due on Arrival $1,500 Trophy Fees Up to 154 B&C $--- 155 to 159 B&C $ 750 160 B&C or over, $1,500 plus $200/inch over 160 B&C up to 165 B&C.
	West Texas Mule Deer All hunts are presently booked for the near future. Please inquire if you are interested and we will be pleased to advise you if any openings arise.

Hunt Deposits must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled Hunt date(s). Deposits are non-refundable, but may be carried forward to a future hunt date if so agreed at least 7 days before the Hunt. Should a hunter wish to "upgrade" to a Top-Tier or Trophy Hunt an additional deposit will be due upon agreement to "upgrade".
